MyFrequency,
Inc., offers a new PLL module Series
M1320 with superior stability and
design simplification in a 20mmx20mmx5.8mm
compact package. This new product
is the result of a year long cooperative
design effort with Yuhan Engineering
College in Bucheon, Korea. |
Essentially the team
integrated 3 or 4 different sub component
parts typically used in circuit design,
including TCXO (temperature compensated
crystal oscillator), phase lock and
frequency division circuit, and VCO.
This technology innovation benefits
design engineers by shortening R&D
lead time, design time and lowering
the overall cost of the circuit. The
PLL module is one of the key components
for Wireless LAN, Bluetooth, Set-top
box, Repeator, Mobile phone terminal
and high speed wireless applications.
According to Dr.Myung, CTO of MyFrequency,
Inc. and Chief principal professor
of Yuhan Engineering College, "The
new module will contribute to the
Wireless communication industry
by supporting the most efficient
design through the circuit integration."
The module enhances stability and
accuracy of the frequency to the
level of those in a built-in clock
oscillator. This module offers +/-
2.5ppm over the operating temperature
of -30~85℃, making a stabilized
signal instantly to the various
wireless applications without a
separate outside clock.
The key specifications of M1320
are as follows.
...1.
Output frequency range : 600MHz
~ 2.5GHz
...2.
Supply voltage : 3.0V ± 5%
...3.
Output power : -12dBm~0dbm
...4.
Frequency stability : ± 2.5ppm
