M5300 is a temperature compensated
crystal oscillator with (LV)PECL output
and excellent TCXO frequency stability
at the output frequency of 155.52Mhz
and 622.08Mhz.
The features include : |

- 3.3V operation
- 4ppm Frequency stability over
an operating temperature range of
-20~70℃
- Period jitter 10ps RMS typ.
- PECL output and LVPECL output
This TCXO series housed in a standard 14pin DIP package is ideal for high speed applications requiring superior stability.
