　

The series M7317 PECL VCXOs respond to the market demand for higher frequency and reduced noise. The data communications systems requiring wide bandwidth have been demanding low jitter clock generators that can operate at higher and higher frequencies.

MyFrequency offers 155.52Mhz up to 200Mhz on a fundamental mode operation and up to 700Mhz on a PLL technique. It has remarkably low jitter, for example, integrated jitter RMS at 155.52MHz is 1.6 ps RMS over 12KHz~20Mhz typically. Typical period jitter is 4pS RMS @155.52Mhz.

This device operating at 3.3V supply voltage could be housed in either standard 14pin DIP package or FR4 based SMT package with the 9.6mmx11.4mm dimension.

This device which meets Stratum 4 level adjustment range (32x10-6) is ideal for Gigabit Ethernet, ATM/SONET/SDH and fiber channel applications.

It offers frequency stability of 20ppm over the operating temperature range -20~70℃ at 155.52Mhz and frequency stability of 40ppm over -20~70℃ at 622.08MHz. The feature of this VCXO also includes fast rise/fall time of 1.5nS.
