　

MyFrequency presents Series M6307LD LVDS output Oscillator in 5x7x1.8 mm SMT package. This new version of small LVDS oscillator enhanced its performance especially in view of jitter which is less than 0.5pS typical, from 12Khz through 20Mhz.

Series M6307LD features up to ±25ppm frequency stability (vs. operating temperature, tolerance @25°C, load & voltage changes) with options of Enable/Disable function and complimentary output. Exteded operating temperature is available.

This LVDS oscillators operate at 2.5V or 3.3V supply voltage and available frequency range would be up to 200Mhz.

Customers in Gigabit ethernet, Fiber channel, optical networking segments could utilize the benefits of the lowest jitter and a tight frequency tolerance.
